The purpose of this service is to provide customers with telephone advice or face-to-face technical support in order to handle problems that occur with the customer's system. In order to protect the customer's network system to always operate smoothly, NGN committed to providing customers with the highest quality maintenance service.


Maintenance service of NGN. is defined by service time and response time as follows:

(**) Response time is understood as the time it takes for NGN’s staff. to the scene. In case customers use Gold and Diamond packages in suburban districts or provinces and cities outside of Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City, response time will be adjusted to suit actual conditions. Example:

  • 3 hours for provinces: Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An
  • 4 hours for the provinces: Vung Tau; Tien Giang
  • 5 hours for Vinh Long; Can Tho, Dong Thap, Tra Vinh; Binh Thuan; Tay Ninh
