  • For state agencies, the professional process and use of software to receive and process applications and Lawsuit Complaint/Arraignment/Motion according to Circular No. 07/2014/TT-TTCP dated October 31, 2014 of the Inspectorate Government Regulations on the process of handling complaints, denunciations, petitions and reflections and Circular 06/2014/TT-TTCP dated January 31, 2014 of the Government Inspectorate regulating the process of receiving citizens.
